Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of FitMyMirror (the "Service") provided by Fit Mirror Now ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

2. The Service

FitMyMirror is an AI-powered virtual try-on tool that lets you visualise clothing items on your body photo via our website and browser extension. Outputs are generated images intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your prompts, the photos you supply, and how you use generated outputs, including verifying you have the rights to any clothing imagery you select. Outputs may be inaccurate or imperfect; do not rely on them for professional, medical, or legal purposes. We may remove content, restrict outputs, suspend accounts, and act on rights-holder takedown requests.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, models, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Payments, billing, and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings or via paddle.net.

8. Service availability and warranties

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
