How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and log in with the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we will help facilitate your refund with Paddle.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
